HTC DESIRE V HARD RESET

1.first switch off the phone (sometimes remove the battery and re insert the battery)
2. Press and hold  power button and volume down button until 3android images to apper
3.now select CLEAR STORAGE by using volume buttons and select power button
4.and confirm by using volume up key....the phone will reboot,,,,

if u fail to appear hboot menu then remove the battery and re-insert the battery and go to step 1....
